In March 2024, we partnered with International Salon Culinaire as part of HRC Food, Drinks & Hospitality week at ExCel London.
ISC is one of the world's oldest and most prestigious cheffing competitions, with competitors flying in from around the globe. There were 19 competitions over 3 days, and as Official Hygiene Partner, we judged every heat to ensure each chef was working in line with industry food & safety hygiene procedures and regulations.

Fundamental to every successful kitchen is industry-standard hygiene practices. Each competitor was judged based on key categories including Food Preparation Practices, Cleanliness, Personal Hygiene, General Equipment Use, Use of Knives and Footwear, and scored out of 10 marks.
Delphis Eco products were used throughout the event, and each chef had a selection on their station. We've combined these products into a convenient starter bundle - designed specifically for kitchens.
