The Clink is no ordinary restaurant. They are situated within working prisons and all of the food is lovingly prepared and served by people in prison.
The Clink Charity works hard to give incarcerated people a second chance. They provide cooking skills and front-of-house training within working prisoners to provide inmates with a higher chance of employment upon release. Clink graduates are also 65% less likely to reoffend, demonstrating the long term impact of the programme.
A key element of any successful kitchen is it's hygiene practices. We have been the hygiene and cleaning products supplier of The Clink Charity for several years, donating equipment and providing free industry training to their students.
We also provide ongoing support to their charity events, and consistently promote the programme to our hotels, restaurants and catering customers within the industry.
